S. M. Consulting Engineers(Pty) Ltd (SMCE) is a Lesotho company wholly owned, controlled and operated by Basotho which provides Consulting Engineering Services in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Project Management and Environmental Management Services.

Registration;
S.M. CONSULTING ENGINEERS (PTY) LTD. (SMCE), commenced operations in December 1992 and in 07 February 1994 was duly incorporated as a Private Company in Lesotho and as of latest registration date September 2014 remains registered as per the Companies Act of 2011. The Company possesses valid Licence to Trade issued under Business Licensing and Registration Act of 2019 of Lesotho.
The SMCE Governance structure comprises of the following organs: Shareholders Meeting (ownership), The Board and Board Committees (Oversight), The Executive (Management).
